Jim: There are two separate steps involved. First the basic Model 100 needs to be upgraded to 32K which is the MAXIMUM possible. That is done by installing 8K chips which may be bought for $25 to $125 each depending on how bought. Second, you may install 32K or 64K expansion units which get tucked into the slot on your Model 100's fanny. With them you get some sort of bank switching system to bounce from bank to bank.
