Quite an exaggeration – if you had to do real estate, optometry, accounting, law-office billing, library work or any number of a hundred other specific things, and didn't want to learn enough about a computer to fight yourself through a database or programming language, an IBM is about the only way to go. Also do to the current state of software, the ST does some really nice things the Amiga cannot do (and vice versa) and is good for some people. The only computer on the planet earth isn't the Amiga.
