Don One of my Tech people did the work for me, but he took a piece of black plastic,put tape on the edges. He the covered the cartridge to block out the light. He then drilled a small hole in the corner of the toner well. He then removed the toner and place a piece of tape over the hole. It worked like new. We also reset the counter on the LC-890.
