It seems to me The Art Department's 16-color wowie-zowie picture (see it in
ASDG's Data Library) is compelling evidence for "256 colors: so what?"
People should paint in 16 million colors (using whatever paint system they
want) and then convert it to 16 or 32 using software from ASDG or Active Ci
Circuits.
