Not everyone agrees with ITT (most notably, IBM). The original term RAM
meant what the letters stand for and implied nothing concerning the ability
to write to the menory. I rarely find myself agreeing with IBM (makes me
worry) but in this instance, IBM is right. It is very misleading to NOT
use the term RAM for the random access ROM.
