Rob… I agree with you about the location of, or at least access to, the fast ram on the 3000. I ordered 4 meg of zips teh day I brought home the system, and was really kind of suprprised to learn, two days later, that I had to remove the power supply and drive platform just to pop in some chips… installing adspeed in my 2000 was easier. I also had to stare at the ram sockets for quite awhile trying to figure out how the 4 banks were laid out (I'm not used to stuff like that). However, all things considered, it was well worth the effort (and $264) to go from 1 meg chip/1 meg fast to 2 meg chip/4 meg fast! – Whapping from the North Coast Michael
