Yes, Definately. And while I'm thinking of it, I had an idea the other day for something that would be useful to me, and maybe others… How about a program that would analyze a keyboard part, and a) tell me its approximate difficulty overall, and b) locate any tough and/or uplayable parts? I know there are some standard measures of difficulty ( used, for instance, in pedagogical(sp?) materials ). I'm a very poor keyboard player myself, and so sometimes when I have to write a piano or organ accomp. part, it ends up being more difficult to play than intended….
