I saw this device at WOA…and it appears to do everything that GVP claims
that it will. I was terribly impressed.
GVP also mentioned that a generic A3000 model is on the way…will
simply plug into a ZorroIII slot. I believe that is the model that most
folks will find interesting.
I also believe that GVP should simply make its own computer. Why not
license the Amiga from CBM ? I bet that GVP could do a better job selling,
enhancing and maintaining it.
Hopefully, GVP will sell a few of these things so that the price comes
down. I would have been pretty happy with something that had half the
performance for one half or one third of the price.
One last thing…there is an EGS driver coming for their IV-24 card as
well.
