I don't think it is fair to base a companies reputation on the attitude of
one individual. I haven't had any luck with Chris and, even if he does go
to out in the field a lot, I'm surprised there isn't someone to take over
his function while he's gone. Despite this, in all other respects, I have
found Autodesk to be a progressive and enjoyable company to deal with. Once
you've got over your annoyance at Chris' response you'll probably realize
that 3ds2.0 wins out over Topaz (any version) especially when it comes to
cost/performance.
