CDROM Help Desk Support
Is there anything out there on CDROM that would support an expert database for
PC, DOS, Windows, and Netware questions? This would be used by our Help Desk
personnel to support phone in questions for users in the field. If not there
surely would seem to be a significant market for such a product.
