Sega have a very strong maket share in the UK Dale, you can even rent their games in video stores, what you say about people buying Amigas instead of consoles was very true 2 years ago but as the supply of Amiga software dries up most games players seem to be going the console route. The decision is probably made by the parents… Kid: "I want a Sega!" Parents: "Lets get him a computer… whats that on the shelf next to the Sega? an Amiga? we'll take it.." Most consumer electronics stores over here have the same set-up, all the consoles with carts in 'em so the kids can have a test play, and 2 Amigas, one 600 and one 1200, both showing the purple insert disk anim… makes me scream! untrained shop assistants seem unable to load a self-booting disk…
