Underwater Hotel??
A while back I downloaded an image called ATLANT.GIF. It is a rendering of an
idea that started back in college as an architectural thesis. It is located in
Library 9. I would be interested in hearing any comments on the image and the
idea. The design, though fictional, is based on real work engineering.
