A while back I downloaded an image called ATLANT.GIF. It is a rendering of an idea that started back in college as an architectural thesis. It is located in Library 9. I would be interested in hearing any comments on the image and the idea. The design, though fictional, is based on real work engineering.

It was designed to sit in about 80 feet of water. If the river keeps climbing, it could replace many of the residences that own property over there. (Bad joke. I feel for those people. I was in Miami during Andrew. I didnt loose much except the beach where I kept my Hobie)
