James, it's always great to hear about another satisified customer. Thanks for the feedback. Here are some answers: Playing .flc's on a Targa+: There is a Targa+ driver for AA Pro and the ANIPLAY.EXE hi-res player available here on the forum. You can't use it within 3D Studio, but you can keep ANIPLAY in a slot in the Program menu, and access it that way. A number of folks here on the forum who use the Targa+ in this way could help you with specifics (I've got an old Targa24 that I still use). 3DS _doesn't_ run under OS/2 since it uses the Phar Lap 2.x VCPI memory manager. Since OS/2 requires DPMI compliance, 3DSr3 is being revised to accomodate the Phar Lap 4.x version. The IPAS developers kit was just officially announced here in the forum yesterday, which means that it's now shipping from Autodesk. Chris Allis is supposed to drop in this week with the 800 number you can call for more info, or you could order a copy of the kit from your 3DS dealer directly (price is $250). Diffusion for lights: What do those "opal" and "Silk scim" designations mean? Light diffusion is more of a radiosity function, and it's beyond our current scope. Camera/Move: You can currently move the camera and target at the same time by holding down the CONTROL key while moving the camera. Works great. Enjoy! – G
