Paul, I don't know why, but here in Europe (or at least in Germany) we don't get the special (competitive) 'upgrade' ;v) offers that you do in U.S. or at least not at your prices. That MAY be to do with the german regulations regarding 'dumping prices', I don't know. Maybe that's why so much software is pirated over here. In US, the companies think, ok, we sell this new software cheap but we'll have the customers by the b*lls for updates/upgrades later. I think that's where the software companies make their money nowadays. Once you have a software package you rather stick with it than change except the other is REALLY much better AND you get it at a low price (= reason for 'competitive upgrades').
