John: I did not mean to say that tele-commuting was not possible, its just that we needed tapes of some sample work that day for a presentation. Also this will be a very hands on project and will require much testing and redoing, etc. so we sort of wanted someone who could work in house (or close to it). And finally there is the small consideration of the cost of a T2 or ISDN connection and the equipment that goes with it–it don't work on a low budget (or so I have been lead to believe).
