I sometimes feel like the guy in the pizza commercial where the guy meets himself at the door… as far as burning someone… who are you to talk? <G> As I recall… the last time we met, it was about NT… and you were the hit and run artist… slam slam slam and here I find you running NT *and* Lightwave… trying to make a statement… about the need for ray-tracing again… Apparently you like NT… suprise suprise! 🙂 As far as your comments regarding Westwood and Lightwave you are telling the long tale… they did not as you claim say that most of the work was done in lightwave, but that half of it was… and enough important people were there, that it would be pretty discrediting to say otherwise… The curious thing is that now that you have lightwave you're still going on about having ray-tracing in 3DS… now that I just don't get… No point in taking much of it too seriously, anyway… but to a degree it does break the monotony… and as you like to throw the long pole yourself… what the heck… I think you should lengthen your kilt a bit though, the young lasses are giggling… ;^) Glad you'd like some of my work… I think <G> I disagree on any of it needing ray-tracing but if it needs more effect then it could probably use some more work… which I find true of most my stuff… but there comes a time like with certain topics when enough is enough and you need to let it go for awhile… maybe I'll go back and rework some of them at a later time… I do that and its a good excercise… >> Do you paint most of your backgrounds or use 3D geometry… << I typically use 3D geometry. In all the examples here… its all 3d geometry including the Time background and the Design Logo… So what do you want to debate…? Where is this going… if you want to go on about ray-tracing, I'm not interested. I don't see what there is to debate anyway… the drivers issue is a non issue, as my systems are working fine… thankyou very much… so I think your comments about hit and run are unfounded but I'm not really suprised… your jumping in on the Diamond thing was exactly that… and you feign innocense…. funny guy. <G> John
