I'm the Dealer for the Digital PVR System that Terry purchased and I can tell you that I've been talking to Scott at Digital as well as Brad Nogar and Both of them have assured me that they are working on a "Fix" for the Dropped Field Problem that has been showing up on several of these installations. Digital knows it's their Problem and they are working very hard to fix this. They have told me this in no uncertain Terms! If someone at Digital told you that they weren't then I think you owe it to me as a Dealer and the rest of the forum to post this as an open message. I can't see why Digital would even think of not solving this problem in the Windows 3.1 Version because not everyone is going to automaticly jump to WindowsNT right now. It would Kill their sales as well. What you have Posted really should be addressed in the open forum so that Digital has a chance to respond to this as well as all the other dealers that are dealing with this problem.
