Tom, after I sent that message, I realized that the word 'specificaton' would be mis-interpreted. Take for example the city of Chicago's spedification to Picasso for the sculpture. To the best of my knowledge the entire specification consisted of: "See this spot here, we want something unique." Well, they got something unique. Some people like it, others hate it, so I guess it _must_ be art. <smmiiille>
