I can see why you use the Amax. The Amiga is woefully short of choices
for various types of applications with only a few exceptions. Connectivity
options are out there but the choices are narrow. For regular modem/BBS
stuff and terminal emulation there is good software like Jrcomm/Terminus,
VLT and a number of others. There is only OXXI's software for Novell
connections. For peer-to-peer there is Enlan and now Envoy. There are also
two TCP/IP packages; one from Commodore and a shareware package. GFX-Base
has an X11 package. UUCP packages also exist although I don't know much
about them.
