Rick (& Nick), You've gotten the hang of it pretty well without a manual. Let me add a point or two. The gadget to transfer the contents of the Edit Buffer (what you are actually recording into) to the selected sequence is called 'Store'. You may also 'Edit' it, but you will have to answer a safety prompt first. If you know that you want to keep what you have, it's best to 'Store' first, then 'Edit'. You may also select 'Preview'. This substitutes the contents of the Record buffer (what you've just recorded) for the current sequence, and allows you to playback the entire performance, including what you've just recorded, without actually trashing the previous contents of the current sequence. If you like the results, you can 'Store' it in the sequence. The 'Delete' button applies to the selected sequence, not the Record buffer. In the Record Sequence window, you'll notice an item called 'Count-In Bars'. Be careful here, because anything, except the first key that you press to start recording, will be played on the first beat of the measure after the lead-in is finished. You'll be very surprised when you hear your first two measures (the default value for count-in) played all on one note! 8) <continued>
