Actually, to remove chips from boards, I DO use the method presented in volume 1, issue 1 of BYTE. Mount the board in a vise, take a propane torch in one hand and a pliers in the other, and go to work! You can clean a board off fast that way. Unfortunately, the board usually catches fire some where along the way. Oh well, nothings perfect! Chris (also from Texas)
