Kevin, Sorry, but I really LOVE being harsh on RS employees. First of all, in any speciality store I expect the employees to have at least a basic understanding of their products. RS employees have time and again said things to me that were so stupid I could hardly keep from laughing in their faces. I do not expect them to be electronic whizzes, just to have some idea what they are talking about. I friend of mine went to work for a hardware store at one time (ACE I think) and knew little about hardware. But the company had a correspondence course in hardware and provided monitary incentive for their employees to complete it. Thanks to the course and his hard work, in a year or so that man was truly an expert on hardware.
