I think we're talking two different software packages made by the same company. The QB Tools I'm using is a HD management package that undeletes files, compresses your disk, and searches for bad blocks. You've got the Backup program apparently. Afraid I can't help you, but I have seen messages previously that told of some problems. Hopefully someone else (or the company itself) can help you. Just out of the blue, if there is a verification option available during the backup, I would use it. Mike McCormick
