I don't think you are going to like my answers. First of all, it was my impression that when the programs were translated for metric use, that the symbols were also resized for standard sizes used in the UK and Australia. You might want to take this up with Autodesk UK if you think some of the symbols are the wrong size for what is typically available in your area. Now on to your questions: 1. Yes the components (symbols) can be modified. But only if you happen to have Generic CADD. 2. Yes the symbols are stored in a "standard" format. Standard for OUR software that is. The symbol format is CMP for Component, and this is a standard used by Generic CADD and Generic 3D as well as all the products in the HOME series. 3. No, what you get with the product is what there is. 4. Not at this time, but that does not mean that you won't see some in the future. If you need more than Kitchen has to offer, you should consider moving up to Generic CADD. Here in the US we offer an Upgrade from any of the HOME programs to CADD that is a pretty good deal. I don't happen to know if the Australian office offers a similar upgrade.
