Hi… Thank you for the help. I tried what you directed. I have only the built in drive so this is what I did MAKEDIR "volume name:LHA" CD "volume name:LHA" RUN "volume name:LHA132.RUN" What happened was the screen started scrolling quickly with what looked like a command choice line. I let it scroll for about 5 minutes. What did I do wrong? Did I do anything right? Sheesh… this is frustrating.. To tell you the truth, though, I like learning through trial and error. I end up understanding better once I FIGURE IT OUT! aarrrrgggg! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Fern
