Some of the fundamentals requirements…. A. Instructional experience – either a teaching credential or time " at the wheel" B. Working experience – Autodesk mandates 2 years hands-on usage of the product for the ATC instructors (like that's being supported!!). C. A psychology degree – (just kidding!!) But there should be some way to determine HOW the instructor interfaces with the masses. D. Public speaking skills – an ability to disseminate information in a variety of methods is essential. The information being presented could be the best stuff developed, but the delivery could kill!!! These are four areas that stand out to me. Obviously, each has other related topics and "sub-directories", but these seems to be the basic catagories from my perspective. Hit Return…Bill Elliott
