Right on! We're together so far. But, how do we accomplish some of these goals
for evaluation? Some of it can be done with a resume/portfolio. The ACE will
also be very helpful on the technical end.
I'm looking for ideas on how we can REALISTICALLY evaluate a person's teaching
skills. Suggestions have run from videotaping them in action to having a
special class at selected ATCs for Instructor Certification.
