Dennis: Good suggestion. I can think of a flaw, though. What about the folks that want to get certified, but aren't currently teaching? Also, it would seem you would need a minimum of student responses for the results to be "statistically reliable". In other words, if I teach a class of 4 and have a bad group, this could drastically effect my rating, but if I do a group of 30, and have the same 4 "bad apples", but have 26 star pupils, I'm gonna do much better. I also teach CAD classes at our 2-year school, and my Spring class usually has about 30-32 students. I consistently average about 8-10% that are "unreachable". They don't see the reason, don't care, and fail miserably. But, my ATC people are always attentive and want to learn. -KLF
