Given the attitude of the person I talked to on the telephone (which really left me with a bad feeling) and your experience makes me think that I'll give one of the other programs a try first. I hope they resolve your situation soon. If they don't, then send them a fax telling them that they are getting pad press here on CIS and if they don't resolve the situation to your satisfaction you will be posting a summary of your experience for all to read… I hope that will get their attention.
