Jay,
I purchased the Advanced Amiga Analyzer from Grapevine towards the end of
July. I reproduce below the fax I sent them on 2nd August. So far I have
not had the courtesy of a reply

Subject: Advanced Amiga Analyzer
I have received the above-mentioned software (your invoice 44593,
dated 07/12/93). Included was a photocopy of a review of the
Analyzer published in the June issue of Amiga Shopper, a magazine to
which I contribute. On this copy you have carefully marked with an
asterisk the section which states that the analyzer consists of four
dongles, a disk, and a six-page photocopied manual. You have then
carefully typed on the same photocopy a note to say that revision two
of the software has now been released and that the Analyzer now
consists of; a box with lights and a pass-through mouse port; new
software for additional tests; and a printed manual. It concludes by
saying "There are no more dongles." However, when I opened the box,
I found ………..four dongles! To add insult to injury, there was
no manual, not even six photocopied pages, let alone printed. Am I
to assume that this is a mistake, and that you will now despatch
version two, to which you were careful to draw my attention?
I have already posted the above complaint on your BBS, and the Sysop
advised me to contact Mona or Irwin on a 800 number which, since I am
outside the States, is useless."
