Dear Daniel, I went through the 3D Studio tutorials a few times and rendered some drawings that are on the CD-ROM disk a few times. I need a book that teaches me how to use 3D Studio, similar to "Inside AutoCAD" book. I called my Autodesk dealer and asked him for help in configurating 3D Studio for network rendering but he told me that he was not familar with network rendering until he tried it out himself and promised to leave me a message on his BBS. I read the 3D Studio Advanced User Manual, edited the 3DSNET.SET file, ran 3D Studio in slave mode on my computer that doesn't have the hardware lock, ran 3D Studio in workstation mode on my other computer that has the hardware lock, loaded a drawing into 3D Studio, and rendered an animation using network queue, and it WORKED the first time! How can I delete the path and the dummy object in the Keyframer module? Jeffrey.
