Mike: Thanks much for the info on TCP/IP for the PC! I was going to look for a shareware package before I bought anything on the PC side, and this QVTNET sound like it gives me all I need for now (simple file transfers, little more). Is QVTNET in one of the PC fora? And what about this 'user-friendly' FTP program you were mentioning? :^) I'll probably pass on the SLIP connection, since both ports on the PC are already tied up. Another benefit of the ArcNet connection is that I'd only have to run one coax cable which is probably more robust than a std serial cable. (ie: less susceptible to getting crimped in one of the doorjambs. :^) Thanks again! Erik Flom
