Gilberto, have you tried using QEMM? Try this: Install QEMM normally. Then, manually edit your QEMM config.sys line to exclude ALL "high" memory. This will pretty much guarantee that Phar Lap will not try to use any of it for available RAM, which is where you just may be getting your memory conflict. Add a X=A000-DFFF statement to your QEMM line and that might do the trick. It's worked for me… Best of luck, -Alan Iglesias
