Actually, under WinNT or even Chicago, they do have preemptive multitasking,
and Rexx would work fine, no? Watcom has been taking out full-page ads for
their Rexx for Windows. I think the real obstacle is Gates himself, who wants
BASIC to be the scripting language for Windows.
