Jim,
there are more than rumors out there. For a few years, there have been
programs that attempt to emulate an PC-clone and they do just fine, so
long as speed is not an issue. If you require the same speed as a
PC-clone, then you will want to look at hardware solutions.
The software only solutions are PCTASK.LHA and the emulator available
in the full Cross-DOS 5.0 package available from Consultron. I would
suggest looking at PC-Task first as it is a much more robust emulation
than the one in Cross-DOS.
