I am using an Orchid Prodesigner IIs (tseng4000 chipset) in my PC, and in 32k
colour modes (640×480 or 800×600) Authorware is still giving me a general
protection fault :-<
I have read recently that Windows supports 8bit and 24bit but not 16bit colour,
I wonder whether that is the problem that I am facing? I think I'll have to try
and dig around a bit to find out.
I have a test machine with an ATI Mach32, I'll run some tests up on that and
see what I can make it do!
