#PAR Decimator Chip?

Thanks for the info. I left a message in the Take 5/Want Ads section that you
may be able to help me with. I'm buying a PAR system from a forum member. Is
there a way to complete this transaction so that BOTH parties will have some
assurances that they will get there money/equipment?
