Martin, I too have had excellent success with the playlists. We primarily do raw graphics…..black header and footer, bars, copyright, etc. along with the animation. Instead of doing the ever painful "JOINS" on the PAR, the playlist is much simpler. Nonetheless, it would be useful to do an occasional join on the PVR. I likely will end up with Premier or Razor to work the larger mechanical and mining simulations that we do, but I'm waiting until after Siggraph to see which one (or both) I choose.
