I will pass your message to management for their consideration, as well as the additional comments from those who have posted replies. I'm sure the company will consider the message my error. In speaking with customer service, they state that the ending date of July 31st was an extension of June 30th ending date for the $149 upgrade/crossgrade program, set last December. When it did sink in on me that $149 ug/cg was going to be over July 31st, it still never occurred to me that nothing would replace it; I had conversations with marketing staff that indicated no plans for a new program, and simply thought that meant they hadn't decided yet or I was misunderstanding them. Instead…. To cut to the probable outcome, my apologies for any incorrect information I provided you in May, and if you missed any corrections to that which I posted subsequently. I will work to make sure any information I post regarding any special price programs or upgrade offers is completely accurate, and I will never again assume, when I hear something that seems too outre to believe, that I am misunderstanding someone. I will get the issue completely clarified. Chuck.
