Maybe you could supply a name and phone number at Micropolis so that end users
could hopefully light a fire under them to expedite their work on getting a
fix.
I know that with all the early confusion over which '9' gig drives worked best
with the flyer there are a number of micropolis users out there feeling that
they've got no place to turn for a solution.
