Betty, I have a little piece of irony to share with you. As I was posting the reply to your excellent suggestion, I hit offline now in AP and got a system crash while AP was writing to the hard drive. Upon restarting my computer, I got all kinds of system error messages. Had to restart it four times before I finally got the volume unvalidated message. I just let it spin and everything straightened out. My uneasiness with the whole situation was somewhat tempered by the good laugh I was getting about the coincidence. -Richard
