Duplicate the clip, find the out point of the first clip, copy it using "c", then go to the duplicate and use "v" to copy the timecode to the in point.<< If you duplicate a clip, the in and out points go with it. To start the duplicate at the end point of the original, just smack that in point slider right into the end point slider. If you are doing this to put an insert edit between them, don't forget to start the second one (the duplicate) at the previos out point plus the duration of the "insert", PLUS 2 frames (so you are not repeating the same two frames from the original out point).
