I see this all the time, screwing with continuity to prevent motion overshoot. The real man's <g> way of handling this problem and related problems such as reverse motion from a key is to use the BIAS. Don't mess with continuity unless you really mean it! To get a motion to end on a key exactly, set the bias to 0. It'll stop right there, believe me. To get a motion to start right on a key, set bias to 50. It won't budge until that key! Fooling with continuity will is liable to create some motion anomilies you don't expect, unless, you're seeking just the effect that changing it creates. I suggest some experimentation.
