The Epson printer is primarily a linear device (gamma = 1.0). What might be
happening is that you have Photoshop itself set to some other gamma value. Make
sure everything in the queue is using gamma 1.0, specially your monitor if you
want to see the right color before printing it. This is a very different
setting than when dealing with video images.
