>> How does one BLURE an animated mask? The SOFTEN ink does very little, even on multiple applications of the tool. I'm surprised there is no such filter available. I tried importing the Photoshop Gaussian Blure into AniStudio and it does not work. Any ideas? << hi Reza. i'm not sure if it's possible to BLUR a mask… i guess it's back to the experimentation labs for me. <g> regarding the use of BLURing for any image, SOFTEN ink (as with most inks) has property settings. Right clicking on the ink name will bring up the properties dialogue, and you can vary the degree of softening with the Sampling Range parameter… try it at 5 (full right) for intense blurring. If this level of blurring is still not enough, try a combination of JUMBLE Ink (start off with small doses) and then apply SOFTEN Ink. if this process works for you (this is some pretty heavy blurring), you can automate the double application of this these inks (to all frames if necessary) using the relative Macro facility in AAS. hope this helps. -dave
