Al, The software shouldn't matter at all. Whether or not the I-drive or the Turbow board will matter largely varies from one office to another. Almost certainly if the problem resides within one of those components they will not be able to fix it. What is the problem you're experiencing? In general I would recommend that you de-install the Turbow board and disconnect the I-drive and see if the problem still exists. If it does, then *probably* DEC will service it (although they still might claim "the problem was induced by one of those components"… unlikely they would do that though). But the decision on whether or not you should bother with the de-install and disconnect largely depends on what the problem is! Tell us about the problem and tell us about your configuration (100A vs. 100B, memory, options, monitor, etc.) -Bill
