I made some spotlights in Silver which did not seem to leak. What I did was
create a circular tube and place a flat circular disk over one end. If you
make sure the disk is slightly oversize and make the tube intersect it you
dont get any leakage. Moving a light source within the tube then lets you
alter the spread of the output light. I dont know if this will be of any
use as a projector?.
