business, there's an aspect about language that you may be forgetting. The
FCC holds sway over obscenity, profanity or vulgarity that's communicated
via the national telecom networks. Therefore, it's not just a local whim
but a mandate of the U.S. government. 'Sides, as you said, it's CIS policy.
