Jan, the exception and exec library failures are rarely due to the 8520's, as far as I can tell. Every time I've seen them, it has been due either to some software that I've added, or to a dirty edge connector on my accelerator. You seem to have eliminated the former, so I would suspect the latter. If you can boot the system from a clean disk with no other software patches, i.e. a program fails directly from the workbench, and the system still fails, I would really suspect an intermittent or permanent hardware failure.
